Our juror will share thoughts about the adjudication process and present the Awards. $20.00 per person entry fee ($10.00 for youth under age 18) Artists who are juried-in are invited to attend the Opening Reception with our compliments Artists who are receiving awards are invited to attend the Opening Reception + one guest with our compliments Donors of $100.00+ will receive complimentary entrance for one person Join AAUW as a new member and receive compliments entrance for one https://www.aauw.org/resources/member/why-join/ The Exhibition runs September 5 - October 16, 2024. The Utah Women Artists Exhibition began in 1981. In 1982 a Trust was formed with the mission of funding a biennial juried exhibition where Utah Women Artists could exhibit and receive monetary awards for the juried excellence of their work. In the early years, the exhibition traveled to many communities in Utah, with the committee carefully transporting and setting up the exhibit. We have been fortunate to hold the last 8 biennial exhibits at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center, a welcoming and supporting venue. We thank Michael Christensen who has hung these exhibits to highlight each art piece. We are also grateful to the artists who have participated, many entering multiple exhibits over the years.
